Years have gone
Yet our ghost
Still lives on
He lives in shadow
In darkened halls
Yet from his side
We'll never fall
New things come
And rise above
But he still stands
Forever beloved
His wondrous stories
Forgotten by some
But they still ring new
Here in his fandom
Eight straight years
Of ghostly fame
They come and go
But one thing remains
Within all of us
From the very start
Ectoplasm resides
Within our hearts
We'll grow old
And we'll grow grey
Episodes forgotten
Slipping away
But his soul, spirit
Is here to stay
Residing forever
To never go away.

Today is the 8th Anniversary of Danny Phantom!~ 
And because I didn't realize it was the anniversary today, thus not having anything drawn up, and because I was working on a picture all day, I wrote this up five or so minutes ago. X'D Just a little poem commemorating today~ X3

Honestly, I didn't mean for there to be 8 stanzas or whatever in this. X'D I thought it'd be cool at first, but then I just wrote and just let it end where it wanted to end. Then, after I was done, I counted the stanzas and found out I had written 8. XDDDD
